Membership allows the community association to work for and on behalf of the community. Benefits to residents include:

  • Community Programs, Events and Celebrations such as soccer, BBQs and community meetings
  • Communication and Development Updates such as the newsletter and soliciting feedback from stakeholders
  • Advocacy such as working with the municipal and provincial governments, developers and other communities on issues of import to all of us.

As many of you know, there have been significant developments in projects that surround our community: University District, the University of Calgary, Stadium Shopping Centre and the Cancer Centre. It remains essential for our community to have a strong voice and to be informed. We invite all residents in the community, whether or not you choose to become a member of the community association, to sign up for community updates by contacting webmaster@UHCACalgary.org.

Membership costs $20/year and can be done online at www.uhcacalgary.org/community/members or via the included form and return envelope. Membership forms can be dropped off at the Foothills Mennonite Church. Special thanks for the Foothills Mennonite Church for being a great supporter of University Heights over the years.

You can also register at our Annual General Meeting on January 21st, 2016 starting at 6:30 pm.
