If you live in one of the inner-city communities surrounding 16th Avenue and Centre Street, you may be part of the North Hill Communities Local Area Plan (North Hill Plan). Just like the Guidebook, the North Hill Plan has also been revised. The plan has been revised based on the direction of Council; check out the latest version of the plan here. City administration is hosting a virtual session this evening, January 27 at 6:30 p.m., where you can learn about the proposed North Hill Communities Local Area Plan and the Guidebook for Great Communities. The North Hill plan will also be going to Standing Policy Committee on Planning and Urban Development (PUD) committee on February 3.
