The latest draft of the proposed Guidebook for Great Communities has been released. You can access the document by visiting the link above and clicking “Download the Guidebook”. This version has simplified urban form categories, additional policies to protect heritage assets and new policies on low density residential zones. There will be a virtual information session on January 30 from 10:30 – 11:30 a.m.. Register for the session to learn all about the changes to the guidebook. The Guidebook will be going to the Standing Policy Committee on Planning and Urban Development (PUD) committee on February 3. This is an opportunity to send letters or present to members of PUD.
